– you have given your express consent to this,
– processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you,
– processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation,
– processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data.

Deletion or blocking of the data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as provided for by the various storage periods stipulated by law. Once the respective purpose no longer applies or these periods have expired, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Borlabs Cookie

This website uses Borlabs Cookie (Borlabs – Benjamin A. Bornschein, Georg-Wilhelm-Str 17, 21107 Hamburg, Germany), which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consent.
Borlabs Cookie does not process any personal data.
The borlabs-cookie cookie stores the consent you gave when you entered the website. If you wish to revoke or change these consents, you can do so via the“View or change cookie settings” button at the top of the page ” carry out. Or you simply delete the cookie in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked for your cookie consent again.

Google Maps

We embed Google Maps on some of our websites. This is an online map service provided by Google Ireland Limited (hereinafter: Google), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Our company locations are displayed on these interactive maps and you can get directions directly from your location. Your IP address will be transmitted. If you are logged into your Google account, Google can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Google account beforehand.
Furthermore, when you access a page with integrated “Google Maps”, the web fonts required by “Google Maps” (https://fonts.google.com/) are transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font. Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible for operators of such libraries to collect data (although it is currently unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes).
Further information on data protection can be found in the provider’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
